The model of the famous CESSNA 170 taildragger
flies gentle and slow with the installed standard MAX 4 motor. It can be easily powered up
with a MAX 48 motor for enhanced performance if need be after learning how to fly with an
instructor. The D-frame of the Balsa and plywood wings is very sturdy and holds up to a
lot of hard landings. The structure is also easily repairable with balsawood and Cyano
glue. Install the radio and battery into the ARF and off you go. There is even a BEC
switch installed, which allows to turn the motor ON/OFF from the transmitter. The model
comes pre covered with decals already applied. Long motor running times of up to 12
minutes at full throttle. The battery can be recharged from your 12V car battery in a few
minutes. Fly in any park or backyard without annoying noise. Can be easily hand launched
anywhere with or without landing gear attached. Good looking and flying little
airplane. Use it as a second any time you feel like flying.
