Simprop Dornier 328 (002-00010)

The Dornier 328 model shows the beautiful lines of the original design to its best advantage. The Dornier 328 is also currently flown by three U.S. based airlines - Lone Star, USAir Express, and Horizon Airlines. The appearance of the plane in the air is incomparable and brings a touch of sophistication to the model field. Very good flight performance has been realised with this design while the model also shows good-natured flying qualities. Any pilot who has flown three axis control models will be able to cope from the start with this model. The decals included with this kit will create either the Dornier company demonstrator version or the East-Wind Airlines version (shown above).

The kit is a beautifully made ARC semi scale model kit. Fuselage and engine nacelles are in glossy white GRP. A superlight, one-piece, pressed form pre-built wing including leading edges, tips, aileron edging strips, reinforcements, machined cut outs, holes to take screws; tail surfaces. Precision die cut and machined parts in wood, complete R/C accessories, miscellaneous small parts; sheets of decals as well as detailed building instructions with plans.

An optional power package is available from Unbeaten Path Imports (Part #: 999-00001). Check out our page on power packages.

Very little assembly work is left for the modellor to do!
