The FLIPPER has been developed from a high performance HLG (hand launched glider). It features a RG 15 airfoil which has low drag and excellent slow to fast speed performance. We decided to give room for a relatively heavy but excellent performing battery pack which gives extremely long flying times. There are several groups who fly it for long distance contests due to its good gliding angle. Other fly it inverted, rock and roll it. Flipper is a flying talent which is easy to take along to vacation due to its small dimensions when disassembled. It climbs slow but steady under power and will reach about 6 times almost out of sight altitude from one battery charge.
